The first thing we need to begin every EZ Show is a completed Project Request Form. An EZ Show
representative will walk you through this step, but you should prepare yourself by doing a little thinking
about your business. Your input on this initial form will be used to make the script for your show, so it
is important that you give us the right type of information (see: Telling Us About Your Business). Also, if
you have specific creative ideas about the show itself that you would like considered in the editing process,
you should tell us at this initial stage and we'll do our best to give you what you are looking for.
In addition to preparing a script for what will be said in your show, we also prepare for shooting by making
a written/drawn description of what will actually be shot on film. You, the client, will receive the script
and this written description of what we will be shooting. This is called a treatment. This treatment will
give you a sense of what your final show will look and feel like. Please provide us with specific feedback
after reading over the treatment. Since we cannot re-shoot later, it is very important that this initial
planning be representative of the kind of show that you are looking for (see: Script Approval).
Once you approve the treatment, we will begin production on the show. We will schedule and carry out the
film shoot and shortly thereafter editing will begin. All the elements (video footage, pictures, music, etc)
will come together and we will submit the finished show to your for approval. You may suggest editing changes
to the show at this point, but please be specific as there is a surcharge if you
require more than one round of changes.
