This is our entry level package for those on a budget that nevertheless see the promotional benefit of a custom
EZ Show. For us to be able to offer custom shows at this price point, you must work with EZ Show by providing
your own photos and logo graphics. Your pictures are then delivered to our team of
professional editors where they are "animated" and paired with music and voice-over. The end result is a flashy
and professional Video Ad presentation at a real bargain price. You must understand that shows at this price point are subject to a more restricted level of client-based creative input. Be prepared to work with us through a simple approval process that allows us to efficiently create your show to your liking while staying within a tight budget. This is why it is important to voice all concerns and ideas on your Project Request Form so we understand what you want from the start. The amount of creative control that you entrust to our professional editors is not taken for granted, and we think you'll find that our Editors Package shows are the best available at this low price point. | The first thing we need to begin every EZ Show is a completed Project Request Form. An EZ Show representative can walk
you through this step if you like, but you should prepare yourself by doing a little thinking about your business.
Your input on this initial form will be used to make the script for your show, so it is important that you give us the
right type of information (see: Telling Us About Your Business). Also, if you have specific creative ideas about the
show itself that you want to make sure are considered in the editing process, you should tell us at this initial stage
and we'll do our best to give you what you are looking for. Also required before we can start assembling your show are the assets from which the show will be constructed. You must provide photographs for us to use - the higher quality the better. Please read the Providing Assets section to get tips on providing us with the best possible images. It is best to submit these assets at the beginning, as their content will often inform the direction of the script itself. Note that we can acquire stock photography for use in your show if you wish, but you will be responsible for an additional time/materials fee. After we write the first draft of the script for your show, we will send it to you for approval. The script is truly the message that your final show will deliver, so it is important for us that you take a careful look at the script before approving it (see: Approving the Script). If changes need to be made, let us know and we'll take care of it before it is sent to our voice actors. Your final approval is always necessary before we proceed to the next step. Once you approve the final draft of the script, we get to work on the show itself. The script is sent off to a voice actor and an editor starts to work using the photos and other assets that you have provided, crafting them into an eye-catching EZ Show video ad. The finished EZ Show is delivered to you for approval - you may suggest editing changes to the show at this point, but please be specific, as there is a surcharge if you require more than one round of changes. |
